We ship our products using USPS. Orders received before 10:00AM EST M-F will generally ship the same day. Domestic orders processed with our free shipping option generally arrive in 3-4 days. International orders can take up to 8 weeks to arrive depending the country being shipped to and the service selected. From our experience, Australia, Canada, Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Japan, The Netherlands, South Korea, New Zealand, have excellent postal systems and packages arrive fairly quickly. Requests for Express Mail International service received before 10:00AM M-F are shipped same day and are received in country within 2 days. Your local Customs Authorities can and generally do delay the Express Mail Service delivery. Express Mail International shipments are not a guarantee that you will receive your order in 2 days. Be mindful that you are responsible for your local taxes if any are levied by your postal authorities. Our prices do not include any duties or customs charges.
